Dr. Joe Calantoni is the Technical Director at the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command where he serves as the principal civilian manager and technical advisor to the Commander of the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command (CNMOC) and Task Group 80.7 (CTG 80.7).

Lieutenant Commander Kyle S. Green

Lieutenant Commander Kyle Green is a native of Salisbury, Maryland. He was commissioned from the United States Naval Academy in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
 
At Sea, he served as Repair Division Officer and Ordnance Officer aboard the frigate USS SIMPSON (FFG 56) and as Assistant Officer in Charge and Security Team Officer with RIVERINE SQUADRON ONE. During his sea tours he made deployments to the Eastern Pacific conducting Counter Illicit-Trafficking and the Baltic region conducting Theater Security Cooperation.
 
Ashore, Lieutenant Commander Green served as Branch Chief for Non-State Threats Division East, US Central Command; Intelligence Department Operations Officer, Undersea Warfighting Development Center and Operations Officer, Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center. Lieutenant Commander Green has completed the Naval War College Distance Education Program for Joint Professional Military Education Phase I.
 
Lieutenant Commander Green’s awards and decorations include the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3), and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (2) as well as multiple unit, campaign, and service awards. He and his wife Elizabeth have four children.
